Texas cowboy cookies

1. 3 cups flour
2. 1 tbsp. baking powder
3. 1 tbsp. baking soda
4. 1 tsp. salt
5. 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
6. 1 1/2 cups salted butter-room temperature
7. 1 1/2 cups sugar ( I prefer raw sugar. It gives it a nice little crunch)
8. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
9. 3 eggs
10. 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
11. 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips-semi sweet
12. 3 cups of oats
13. 2 cups of coconut flakes
14. 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans(optional)
